Glow is a Northern Ireland based charity,  committed to addressing the pressing mental health, confidence and self-esteem needs of women and girls in our community. We recognise the unique challenges that women face in terms of mental health and self-esteem and are dedicated to providing comprehensive support through a range of programmes and services.

Glow believes that all women and girls have a purpose in life; our unique programmes create a positive and safe environment that allow women and girls to discover their true selves. This has a knock on effect as participants can positively impact on their family and community, especially in setting young female family members up with confidence and life skills to have a successful future.

We cater to all women and girls from the age of 10+ and we run three different programmes for different age groups;

LILY – 10-13 – An early intervention programme promoting positive mental health and wellbeing for young girls.

Fearless and Female – 14-17 – This programme aims to educate young women and give them the tools to create self-awareness, develop positive mental health and overcome barriers.

The Real Me – 18+ – Equipping women with skills to make positive life changes and live a life with purpose.
